John Oliver and Stephen Colbert agree that Don Jr.’s lawyer needs a lawyer.
Oliver said to Colbert, “I can’t even fathom how his lawyer must have felt if he said I tweeted out, ‘It’s nothing.’ Ooh, but that’s a lot. That’s a lot. It’s a massive amount of nothing. And if you don’t understand that it’s even bigger, ‘I think I don’t want to be your lawyer anymore. This isn’t fun for me.’”
Colbert chimed in and said that he thinks Junior’s “lawyer needs a lawyer.”
Oliver and Colbert are right in that the one thing lawyers cannot stand is for their client to make their job harder by telling them one tale after another.
Ol’ Junior there found himself in some trouble after the the New York Times let folks know that he had been talking with those Russians during the 2016 Presidential Election.
And as y’all know, before the New York Times told on ol’ Junior there, he denied talking to Russians of any kind about how they could help his father to “Make America Great Again.”
Welp, after being faced with more evidence of his talks with the Russians, Junior decided to tweet out the emails that showed he was indeed talking to those Russians who he said he did not talk to during the 2016 Presidential Election.
Needless to say, Junior’s decision to tweet tell on himself has caused the normal folks to question if any of Junior’s porch lights are on.
